We go to the ends of the earth to purchase the exotic and far flung
compounds we use to craft our products. But our quality outlook is
borne in an unflinchingly strict, in-house management process that
actually begins before we commit to the raw materials.
First, an ingredient sample for our consideration must be accompanied
by an appropriate Certificate of Analysis. Then it's subjected to our
rigorous internal analysis. Once approved, we know that it meets our
concentration and purity specifications, and can be used to calibrate
our lab and manufacturing equipment (including HPLC). Only after
this exhaustive upfront scrutiny are the ingredients or compounds
accepted. With this, we create the rules for product consistency to
which all our manufacturing adheres.
